Mineralwasser zu bedienen, reichen in die Antike zur\u00fcck. Auf der Balkanhalbinsel r\u00fchmten sich die Thraker ihrer Heilk\u00fcnste. Die \u201eheiligen Quellen Thrakiens\u201c waren im ganzen R\u00f6mischen Reich ber\u00fchmt.<\/p><p>Es gibt nur wenige L\u00e4nder in Europa, die es in punkto Balneologie, Spa und Wellness mit Bulgarien aufnehmen k\u00f6nnen. Mit seinen reichen Mineralwasservorkommen und Schlammb\u00e4dern nimmt Bulgarien einen der f\u00fchrenden Pl\u00e4tze in dieser Tourismusbranche ein. Erschlossen sind mehr als 550 Thermalvorkommen mit 1.600 Quellen und einem Wasserdebit von 4.900 l\/s. Es \u00fcberwiegen die schwachmineralisierten W\u00e4sser (66,7% der Vorkommen), gefolgt von den Sprudelw\u00e4ssern (17,9%) und den Mineralw\u00e4ssern (14,4%). Die unz\u00e4hligen Mineralquellen sind im ganzen Land verstreut. Genannt seien Narechen (bei Asenovgrad), Shipkovo (bei Troyan), Ovcha Kupel (in Sofia), Smochan (bei Lovech), Voneshta Woda (bei Gabrovo) Merichleri (bei Simeonovgrad) u.a. Die h\u00f6chste Temperatur weist die Mineralwasserquelle von Separeva Banya auf, wo sich der einzige bulgarische Geiser befindet, der auch der einzige des europ\u00e4ischen Festlandes ist. Das Wasser sprudelt dort mit einer Temperatur von 103\u00b0C aus der Erde. Die bekanntesten Mineralquellen des Balkangebirges sind bei Varshets, Barzia, Lakatnik, Opletnya; in der Sofioter Hochebene: Bankya, Gorna Banya, Knyazhevo, Ovcha Kupel, Sofia Zentrum, Pancharevo u.a.; im Sredna-Gora-Gebirge: Stralcha (40 \u00b0\u0421), Hisarya (49,5 \u00b0\u0421), Banya (51,1 \u00b0\u0421), Pavel Banya (54,6 \u00b0\u0421), B\u00e4der von Stara Zagora (45,8 \u00b0\u0421); entlang des Struma-Flusses: Blagoevgrad, Simitli, Sandanski, Levunovo und Marikostino; entlang des Mesta-Flusses: Banya (56 \u00b0\u0421), Dobrinishte (43 \u00b0\u0421) und Eleshnitsa (56 \u00b0\u0421); in den Rhodopen: Devin, Velingrad und Banite. Am meisten verbreitet sind die stickstoffhaltigen Mineralw\u00e4sser\u00a0\u2013 genannt seien Separeva Banya, Simitli, Narechen, Momin Prohod u.a. Kohlens\u00e4urehaltige Mineralw\u00e4sser gibt es in Mihalkovo, den B\u00e4dern von Sliven, Stefan Karadzha. Schwefelwasserstoff enthalten die Quellen der Sofioter Hochebene. Die H\u00e4lfte der Mineralwasservorkommen verzeichnen eine erh\u00f6hte Radioaktivit\u00e4t, die 15 Eman\/l \u00fcbersteigt \u2013 Klisura-Quellen (200 Eman\/l), Quelle von Strelcha (250 Eman\/l) u.a. Eine besonders hohe Radioaktivit\u00e4t weisen die Quellen von Momina Banya (560 Eman\/l) und eine der Narechen-Quellen (1.300 Eman\/l) auf.<\/p><p>Bulgarien verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber wertvolle\u00a0Vorkommen an Heilschlamm und Heiltorfen. Heilschlammvorkommen findet man im Shabla-Salzsee (Shablenska Tuzla), im Salzsee (Tuzlata), am Varnaer See, in Pomorie, am Atanasov-See und dem Stausee Mandra. Heiltorfvorkommen\u00a0gibt es am Stausee Batak (in den Rhodopen), im Dorf Baykalski (Konyavska-Gebirg), in Straldzha (Mittellauf des Tundzha-Flusses), am Varnaer See und\u00a0im Dorf Sadovo (Thrakische Ebene). Mineralwasserquellen und Heilschlamm findet man in Marikostinovo (im Tal von Sandanski und Petrich) und in Banya (im Tal von Karlovo). K\u00fcnstlicher Heilschlamm wird in Ovcha Kupel (in Sofia), Velingrad, Asenovgrad, in den B\u00e4dern von Sliven, Stara Zagora und Haskovo, in Sapareva Banya, Blagoevgrad, Hisarya, Pavel Banya, Pomorie, Primorsko, in den Feriensiedlungen Albena und Sonnenstrand, in Burgas u.a. hergestellt.<\/p><p>Das Klima in Bulgarien ist im Vergleich zu anderen traditioneller B\u00e4derdestinationen Westeuropas und des Mittelmeerraums ausgesprochen g\u00fcnstig. Im Vergleich zu\u00a0Nord-, Nordwest-, und Mitteleuropa verzeichnet Bulgarien 20 Prozent mehr Sonnentage. Dar\u00fcber hinaus gibt es\u00a0an der bulgarischen Schwarzmeerk\u00fcste 30 Prozent weniger Wolken als an der Atlantikk\u00fcste und in einigen Mittelmeergebieten. Im Fr\u00fchling und Sommer f\u00e4llt weniger Regen.<\/p><p>Ein Teil der Mineralquellen liegt im S\u00fcden Bulgariens, wo sich\u00a0Mittelmeereinfluss bemerkbar macht. Andere\u00a0 befinden sich in Gebirgsregionen mit Nadelw\u00e4ldern und klaren B\u00e4chlein, dritte wiederum liegen an der Schwarzmeerk\u00fcste. Diese\u00a0Gegebenheiten sowie die enorme Vielfalt an Heilkr\u00e4utern und anderen Pflanzen, die f\u00fcr Aroma- und Phytotherapien geeignet sind,\u00a0gew\u00e4hrleisten einen ganzj\u00e4hrigen Aufenthalt, eine effektive Heilung und Prophylaxe vieler Krankheiten und \u00fcberhaupt ausgezeichnete Erholungsm\u00f6glichkeiten.<\/p><p>Bulgarien verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber 48 Klimakurorte in den Gebirgen und 15 am Schwarzen Meer sowie 38 B\u00e4derkurorte. Die bekanntsten B\u00e4der-, Klima- und Schlammb\u00e4derkurorte an der Schwarzmeerk\u00fcste\u00a0sind die Ferienkomplexe Albena, Goldstrand, Hll. Konstantin und Helena, Sonnentag, Sonnenstrand, Riviera,\u00a0Balchik, die Tuzlata, die Schlammb\u00e4der von Varna,\u00a0Pomorie, Primorsko, Kiten, Sozopol, Ahtopol u.a. Bekannte Kurorte in den Gebirgs- und Vorgebirgsgegenden sind\u00a0Hisarya, Velingrad (Spa-Hauptstadt Bulgariens), Sandanski, Bankya, Kyustendil, Narechen, Pavel Banya, Kostenets, Varshets, die Mineralb\u00e4der von Burgas, Momin Prohod, die Mineralb\u00e4der von Sliven, Stara Zagora und Haskovo,\u00a0Sapareva Banya, Banya, Pamporovo, Borovets, Teteven, Tryavna, Apriltsi, Kotel, Elena, Govedartsi, Dryanovo u.a.<\/p><p>Das Land ist mit seinem hochqualifizierten Personal, den hervorragenden Unterbringungsm\u00f6glichkeiten und der Vielfalt an Dienstlistungen und Programmen bekannt,\u00a0einschlie\u00dflich Massagen, Mineralwannen, Reflextherapie, traditionelle Akupunktur, Heilsport, Lazartherapie, Akupressur, Parafintherapie, Schlammb\u00e4der, Aromathrapie, Antistress-Programme, Di\u00e4t- und Schlankkuren, Balneokosmetik, Sauna, Solarium, Fitness, medizinische Kosmetik u.a.
