Die offizielle Amtssprache in der Republik ist Bulgarisch. Traditionelle Religion in der Republik Bulgarien ist das orthodoxe Christentum. Das Wappen der Republik Bulgarien stellt einen aufgerichteten goldenen L\u00f6wen auf dunkelrotem Hintergrund in Form eines Schildes dar. Auf dem Staatssiegel ist das Wappen der Republik Bulgarien abgebildet. Die Flagge der Republik Bulgarien ist eine Trikolore aus drei gleichgro\u00dfen horizontalen Balken in Wei\u00df, Gr\u00fcn und Rot, von oben. Die Nationalhymne der Republik Bulgarien ist das Lied \u201eMila Rodino\u201c (\u201eLiebe Heimat\u201c).<\/p><p>Die Hauptstadt der Republik Bulgarien ist Sofia. Alle B\u00fcrger sind vor dem Gesetz gleich. Unzul\u00e4ssig sind jegliche Beschr\u00e4nkungen der Rechte oder Vorrechte auf der Grundlage von Rasse, Nationalit\u00e4t, ethnischer Zugeh\u00f6rigkeit, Geschlecht, Herkunft, Konfession, Bildung, Anschauung, politischer Zugeh\u00f6rigkeit, pers\u00f6nlicher und gesellschaftlicher Stellung oder Verm\u00f6genslage. Die Staatsgewalt teilt sich in die gesetzgebende, ausf\u00fchrende und rechtsprechende Gewalt. Das politische Leben in der Republik Bulgarien beruht auf dem Prinzip des politischen Pluralismus.<\/p><p>Die Wirtschaft der Republik Bulgarien beruht auf der freien Wirtschaftsinitiative. Der Staat schafft Voraussetzungen f\u00fcr die freie Entfaltung der Wissenschaft, Bildung und K\u00fcnste und f\u00f6rdert dieselben. Der Staat tr\u00e4gt Sorge um den Erhalt des nationalen Geschichts- und Kulturerbes. Laut Verfassung sind die Nationalversammlung (Parlament), der Pr\u00e4sident, der Ministerrat, die Justizorgane (Gericht, Staatsanwaltschaft, Ermittlungsbeh\u00f6rde), das Verfassungsgericht, der Oberste Justizrat, die Organe der \u00f6rtlichen Selbstverwaltung u.a. die grundlegenden Institutionen des Staates. Der Nationalversammlung obliegt die gesetzgebende Gewalt und parlamentarische Kontrolle. Der Pr\u00e4sident ist Staatsoberhaupt. Er verk\u00f6rpert die Einheit der Nation und vertritt die Republik Bulgarien in den internationalen Beziehungen. Der Ministerrat leitet und verwirklicht die Innen- und Au\u00dfenpolitik des Landes in Einklang mit der Verfassung und den Gesetzen. Die Justiz wahrt die Rechte und gesetzlich verankerten Interessen der B\u00fcrger, juristischen Personen und des Staates. In seiner neuen Geschichte (nach der Befreiung 1878) wurde das Land von 50 Ministerpr\u00e4sidenten regiert. Das Staatsgebiet der Republik Bulgarien ist in Gemeinden und Verwaltungsgebiete gegliedert. Zum gegenw\u00e4rtigen Zeitpunkt gibt es 264 Gemeinden (LAU 1), 28 Verwaltungsgebiete (NUTS 3) und 6 Planungsregionen (NUTS 2).<\/p><p>Die Wirtschaft Bulgariens ist eine Marktwirtschaft, offen, mit ausgepr\u00e4gtem Privatsektor und begrenzter Zahl an staatseigenen Betrieben. Seit dem 1. Dezember 1996 ist Bulgarien Mitglied der Internationalen Handelsorganisation. Seit dem 1. Januar 2007 ist Bulgarien Mitglied der Europ\u00e4ischen Union. Die bulgarische Wirtschaft ist durch wirtschaftliche-, politische-und Finanzstabilit\u00e4t gekennzeichnet. Das Land hat eine strategisch g\u00fcnstige geografische Lage, einen liberalisierten Zugang zu M\u00e4rkten mit \u00fcber 560 Millionen Verbrauchern und die EU-weit niedrigste K\u00f6rperschaftssteuer. In Gemeinden mit hoher Arbeitslosigkeit besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit eines Nullsteuersatzes, sofern der einbehaltene Steuerbetrag f\u00fcr Investitionen verwendet wird, als auch die M\u00f6glichkeit erh\u00f6hter Abschreibungss\u00e4tze (bis 50 Prozent) f\u00fcr Investitionen in neue Maschinen, Produktionsanlagen und Ger\u00e4tes\u00e4tze: Computer, Peripherieger\u00e4te und Software. In Bulgarien besteht die M\u00f6glichkeit der Inanspruchnahme von Steuerkrediten mit Sonderregelungen f\u00fcr die MwSt.-Veranlagung bei Einfuhren in Umsetzung von Investitionsprojekten \u00fcber 10 Millionen Leva. Bulgarien bietet die M\u00f6glichkeit von 5 Prozent Steuern auf Dividende und einer 10-Prozent-Flat-Tax auf Einkommen nat\u00fcrlicher Personen. Das Land zeichnet sich durch die EU-weit niedrigsten Betriebskosten aus. Im laufenden Haushaltsjahr ist Bulgarien eines der EU-L\u00e4nder mit dem geringsten Schuldenstand und der niedrigsten Defizitquote. Bulgarien ist einer der drei EU-Staaten, die ihre Steuers\u00e4tze auf Vorkrisenniveau gehalten haben. Und &#8211; ab dem 1. Januar ist Bulgarien EU-weit das Land mit der niedrigsten Steuerlast f\u00fcr Haushalte und Wirtschaft. Das Land zeichnet sich durch eine \u00fcberschaubare Fiskalpolitik und ein nachhaltiges Gesch\u00e4ftsumfeld aus, womit es zu den stabilsten EU-L\u00e4ndern z\u00e4hlt. Die Bev\u00f6lkerung des Landes betr\u00e4gt 6 951 482 zum 31.12.2019.<\/p><p>Republik Bulgarien den Ruf eines der besten Hersteller von Joghurt und Milcherzeugnissen, \u00d6lrosen-Produkten sowie Wein und Obstschnaps.
